U.S. SHIPPING
Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders with no minimum purchase threshold. Orders generally process in 1-2 business days and estimated transit is 5-8 business days after shipment. Estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Products should be in the condition received, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
STARTING A RETURN
Contact hello@arcctvlife.shop before shipping an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Support will provide approved instructions and any applicable return label.
RETURN SHIPPING
ARCCTV covers approved return shipping for verified defects, quality issues, incorrect items, or shipping damage. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.
REFUNDS
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial-institution processing time may vary. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards, clearly identified final-sale items, and products damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, missing parts, or improper installation may be ineligible, except where law requires otherwise.
2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
New ARCCTV-branded products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for two years from the original delivery date. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty applies to the original purchaser except where law requires otherwise.
WARRANTY REMEDIES
After evaluation, ARCCTV may repair, replace, or refund a qualifying product. Replacement products may be new or equivalent in function and appearance where permitted.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Coverage does not include misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair or modification, cosmetic wear, consumable parts, improper installation, use outside rated voltage/load/environment, lost data, third-party services, or external events, except where law provides otherwise. Normal rechargeable-battery capacity reduction is not a defect.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Email hello@arcctvlife.shop with the order number, model, serial number if available, issue description, troubleshooting completed, and clear photos or video. Do not ship a product until support provides instructions.
LEGAL RIGHTS
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state. Limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
